May 07, 2026

When going to trampoline parks, safety is the number one priority and the following safety precautions need to be taken:

1.Pre-match preparations
Physical examination: ensure good health, including cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis and other diseases not suitable for strenuous exercise.
Fit to wear: Opt for lightweight, comfortable and stretchy tracksuits. Avoid loose, oversized or flowing clothing to prevent hooks and tangles on jumps. Make sure you wear non-slip socks as this will increase friction on the surface of the trampoline and reduce the risk of slipping and falling.
Know the rules: Before entering the trampoline area, read the park's safety tips and play rules for features and dos and don'ts. If there is any confusion, consult staff to ensure you know how to use trampoline facilities correctly and safely.

2.In the game
Correct take-off and landing: When jumping on a trampoline, maintain your balance, bend your knees slightly, land on your feet and control your take-off and landing movements through leg strength. Avoid landing with your knees straight, which can reduce the impact on your knees and joints and reduce the likelihood of injury.
Control the height and intensity of the jump: according to their own physical ability and skill level, reasonable control of the height and intensity of the jumping. Do not jump too much or attempt movements beyond your ability, such as somersaults and other high jinks, unless instructed and protected by a professional.

3. Be aware of your surroundings: always be aware of other players around you, maintain a safe distance and avoid collisions. On a multiplayer trampoline, follow a first-come, first-served principle, jumping in an orderly manner without scrambling for space.
Avoid dangerous behavior: Do not run on a trampoline, push or perform other dangerous things that could easily cause you or someone else to lose balance and fall and injure themselves. Also, don't walk or linger on the edge of a trampoline in case you accidental dropping.
Distribute your energy wisely: Trampoline is a relatively high-intensity sport that can easily consume a lot of energy. According to their own one's physical condition, reasonable arrangement of playing time and intensity, to avoid excessive fatigue. If you feel unwell or weak, you should stop playing in time to take a break.

4.Special areas and facilities
Specialties: A trampoline garden may have a range of specialties such as sponge pools and a professional trampoline performance space. These areas usually require players to have some level of skill and experience. If you do not have the relevant experience and skills, do not enter easily to avoid danger.
Climbing facility: If there is a climbing facility in the park, check its robustness and safety before use. Rock climbing should be done in the correct method, with both hands and both feet. Do not play or make dangerous movements during the climb.
Child safety
Parental escort: Parents should accompany their children to the trampoline park at all times and provide necessary guidance and protection. Don't let your child out of your sight and stop their dangerous behavior in time.
Choose trampoline events and venues suitable for your child based on their age and physical condition. For toddlers with poor coordination, play in a simpler, safer place.
